Terra and New Valley secured a $64.8 million development financial loan from Tiny Rock, Arkansas-primarily based Lender OZK for Natura Gardens, a 460-device enhancement prepared for a 23-acre web-site alongside Northwest 170 Road in between Interstate 75 and Florida’s Turnpike close to Miami Lakes.
